"EXCHANGES" OR "RETURNS"
ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH OUR ONLINE STORE have a 10-DAY RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY On NON-SALE Items.
On NON-SALE items we will gladly accept returns or exchanges to ensure your satisfaction. If item or items returned for are not available any longer, you will be issued a refund. You must call or email us for a Return Authorization Number that must be written on the return shipping parcel.
"Do Not Send Items Back Without A Return Authorization Number." Items returned without a Return Authorization Number, will be refused & sent back to you with additional shipping charges charged to your credit card.
Merchandise to be exchanged must be sent back and paid for by you the customer and received in our office NO LATER THAN 10 DAYS FROM THE DATE RECIEVED BY YOU THE CUSTOMER.
If we are exchanging your purchase for another item or size, we will RE-SHIP FREE at no charge to you. "Keep in mind that shipping weight must fall with-in the same weight or less, for exchange item to qualify for free re-ship. For example, if you return a bra in exchange for bra or another item of similar weight, then the free re-ship would apply. However, if you want to return a bra in exchange for something that weighs more for example, lingerie wash or other items that weight a lot more, then the "Free Re-Ship Policy" would not apply as the new items are not of equal weight. We will notify you if there are any weight differences before shipping.
Items not returned within 10 days of your receiving date will not be accepted for exchange, return or store credit. The items will simply be resent back the customer at your cost.
If you wish to return your Non-Sale online purchase for a refund instead of exchange we will be happy to refund your credit card minus the original shipping & handling charges.
We recommend you use USPS Priority or any trackable courier service to ensure delivery.
In compliance with hygiene laws, all items must be returned to us in ORIGINAL UNWORN, UNCRUSHED & UNWRINKLED CONDITION with ALL TAGS & STICKERS ATTACHED. (Please do not return items with any DEODORANT, MAKE-UP or PERFUME or CIGARETTE, CIGAR, ETC… SMOKE ODORS on them as they will not be accepted). We do not accept Panties, Thongs, Boyshorts Hosiery or SwimWear for return or exchange. If cami sets or chemise sets include a bottom, they may not be returnable or exchangeable due to hygiene laws, check with us first.
(Molded bras must be packaged in a large enough box to avoid crushing as they will be damaged & therefore will not be re-sellable.)

PURCHASES MADE AT OUR STORE IN PLEASANTON, (not online), that were "not on-sale, discounted, special order or seasonal" may be returned for exchange or store credit with-in 5 days of purchase in new un-worn condition with the tags attached. Store credit is good for 90 days starting from the day you return your item back at our store.
