Items Purchased through our Online Store website 10 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY On NON-SALE Items.
On NON-SALE items we will accept exchanges to ensure your satisfaction. If item or items returned are not in stock or orderable at the time of your return you will be issued a refund. You must call or email us for a Return Authorization Number.
"Do Not Send Items Back With Out A Return Authorization." Items returned without a Return Authorization Number, will be refused & sent back to you with additional shipping charges.
Merchandise to be exchanged must be sent and paid for by the you the customer and received in our office NO LATER THAN 10 DAYS FROM THE DATE RECIEVED BY YOU THE CUSTOMER.
We recommend insured mail or courier service to ensure delivery.
In compliance with hygiene laws, all items must be returned to us in original unworn, uncrushed & unwrinked condition with all tags & stickers attached. (Please do not return items with any deodorant, make-up or perfume on them as they will not be accepted.)
Items not returned in new condition within 10 days of your recieving date will not be accepted for exchange, return or store credit. The items will simply be resent back the customer at your cost.
Additional shipping rates will be charged at the time exchanges are shipped back to the customer. Shipping fees are not refundable.
(Molded bras must be packaged in a large enough box to avoid crushing as they will be damaged & therefore will not be re-sellable.)
